General
The terms and conditions that we state on this page all apply when registering Pure Win account. If at any point you disagree with the terms and conditions, you will be denied access to our Pure Win website and all of its features.
If you decide to register an account, it means that you’ve read through, accepted and understood the full terms and conditions that we place in front.
Obligations
If you are willing to take part in any activity at our Pure Win website, you have to be over 18 years or be over the age limit that your country of residence deems legal to participate in any gambling activity.
At Pure Win, you can only have one active player account. If we find multiple accounts with the same personal information you have already provided, those accounts will be terminated.
Deposits
The first minimum deposit that players get to make is 500 Indian rupees. After their first minimum deposit is made, all following minimum deposits will need to be 800 Indian rupees, except if the player uses NetBanking. Here are some of the payment options for making deposits:

Withdrawals
Prior to requesting a minimum withdrawal, we require fulfilling any wagering requirements that have been set and a minimum balance of 2000 INR. Whichever payment method you choose, the processing time takes about 4-5 hours, and the winnings will be sent to you either instantly or in a period of 5 days.
Bonuses
If you do claim any type of bonus with us at Pure Win, whether that is a deposit bonus, free spins, or any other promotion, you won’t be able to claim the winnings if the wagering requirements are associated with the bonus aren’t fulfilled. If specific wagering requirements aren’t given for the bonus you have claimed, then the wagering requirements are automatically set at 35x the sum you receive with the bonus.
Inactive accounts
Prior to deeming your account as paused or inactive, we at Pure Win will send a direct email notifying you about your inactive account. If you ignore all of our attempts to contact you over a period of 30 days, a fee of 400 INR per month will be issued.

If you have any complaints about our features and services, you may send us an email to the following address, support@purewin.com. If you think that we didn’t do a good job regarding the resolution of your complaint or issue, you may get in touch with the Curacao Gambling Authority at info@gaminglicenses.com.
Penalties and Termination
If we at Pure Win come across or have concrete evidence that you have participated or engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities, or you have negated the agreement that we have settled on with these terms and conditions, we have the right to suspend, freeze or terminate your account.
